Definitely 1999 (because of the teams in game, and the suspense of the race), but :
- 1994 had a great finish for the 2nd and 3rd places... - 1995 was close from the happiness for Wolleck and Andretti |

Tricky one, rd. Tempted to say '99, but I've plumped instead for '95. Despite the weather a great race between the KKK and Harrods McLarens with the Courage playing catch-up. Some fantastic driving during that race, notably by the great J.J. Lehto and my own personal favourite, Andy Wallace. So '95 gets my vote.
[and never '94. I couldn't vote for a race won by a car which shouldn't have been allowed an entry in the first place!]. |

I'm split on this decision. From the coverage I would say the 1999 event, but I like the 2000 event as it was the first time I saw some of the race LIVE on tv.

What was the problem with the Dauer Porsche entry ? I have to admit that, except the end (2nd and 3rd), 1994 wasn't a great race... this is the "slack" years... Ayse : a message for you beeing host : I posted a thread (Performance comparaisons) that doesn't seem to interrest a lot (no answer, maybe I'm not understandable )... if you want to take it off, please do... |

1995, great driving and good entry was the best for me.
1999, the entry promised more but to me seemed to fall a bit flat. |

I voted 1995 - but 1999 came pretty close (I would'nt call any of them 'Great' compared to several races I saw in the 70's or 80's) - best ones for me - 71, 74, 78 and 88

2001. I'm just being ornery, and backing up the other voter, whoever they might be.
I would have gone 1999, which was a superb race, but for me 2001 had that little extra something (and my tent is waterproof). Now, that certain extra little something. I'm trying to place it.... something green.... with a winged "B" on the bonnet.... |
