I don't think the layout is an actual lap as such.

Judging by normal traffic conditions, about 45 minutes...

Nothing - they need to differentiate it from Goodwood so there's none of that !

Coulthard's been confirmed for the event on Autosport.com! Who else is down for it? I heard all teams bar Sauber and one other (can't remember who, but probably Minardi) are up for this...?

Good question.7 F1 teams are expected, incl.'our Nige' Apart from that vague map, little else seeing it is only one week to go. No idea where the paddock or pits(if any)will be or where we will be able to stand.
paulzinho; if they did it any earlier people would not be able to get home from work.

Surely all its going to be is some demonstration laps. YOu cant seriously expect them to race do you! in the middle of a crowded london. Its not exactly smooth tarmac, they'll ground out over a pot hole!

Of course not a race, but it hasn't been said what the demo actually is...? Is it burn-outs? Slow parades? Or just trying to create as much noise as possible!?

Brundle to drive for Jaguar in London

http://uk.sports.yahoo.com/040630/23/4qnr.html

Apparently Martin has accepted an invitation to drive the Jag F1 car in the Regent Street parade. It was probably the only way he could get away from James Allen!
