Just watching the onboards to figure out where the Audi pace has gone, they aren't pushing very hard. Drivers are backing out of almost every traffic situation.

Tandy is on fire (in a good way).

Before Lotterer got it, Leena had quite a few words with him; wondering if she instructed him to not push it 100% for the time being. We obviously know he can do 3:17/3:18's, but he hasn't done close to those times yet since he got in.

Tandys stint is amazing. He's making the Audis look slow, and the toyotas look like nissans.

The #2 has had a very solid race so far. They're "just" three laps behind, all they would need is some lighting to finally strike at Audi & Porsche.

Dosen't seem likely so far though.

Well, I'm not even talking about them winning..just getting past 1 or 2 of the VAG cars would be a bit of a moral victory I think

If you would do that you will do it by 1 second per lap not more. And then again why would you intentionally put yourself on the backfoot?

Quintuple stints don't make much sense, even at this pace it would put the Audis dangerously close to the 4-hour driver time limit.

At this pace, #19 has now leapfrogged he #7 on pit stops (so the Porsche can get in/out before the #7 goes by).

My only guess would be what was put forth earlier in that they are trying to quintuple stint. There hasn't been any indication that anything is wrong with the cars other than slow(er) laptimes. But with the pace running is it neccesary? They could save 2 tire stops over 10 stints?

That Evans dude is really flying just set the fastest lap in LMP2 for JOTA, even quicker then pole 3.37.626.
