Custom Avatar
Can anyone tell me why I cannot load a custom avatar? I have made 250+ posts, but it is nowhere on the "Edit Avatar" tab.

Just for future reference, users privilages are only upgraded every 15 minutes, so it may take 15 minutes from making the 250th post for a users account to be upgraded.

How do you make avatars with more than one picture? Like a slideshow sort of thing, like Knowlsey's.

I think it is a GIF file
Mine is a GIF, so it moves, but I have no idea how to make them, that is way to techo for me

Ones with multiple images are what's known as "Animated GIFs", do a google search and you should be able to find packages or free software to help make them.

Nicky: my avatar was made with Ulead GIF Animator. It's a simple program.
There are free trials for it around the interweb I think. |
