I would like to see him in a Suzuki SX4 WRC lookalike or the new Volvo C30 or even
MG S2000 SPORT SITE an MG S2000 turbo charged version |

I'd have thought it's more likely to be an "off the shelf" purchase of something from Europe. Maybe a Saab or Skoda? Hopefully it'll be something different to everyone else
 That does of course also raise the question of whose turn it is with the 306? That car has had plenty of owners hasn't it? Still a competitive proposition though (and it is in tip top condition - another immaculate Bardy car).

I did read (think it was MN ) that the car is something that is not in Rallycross at the moment

It'd be great to see him in a Saab he's always a crowd pleaser in them. I think he will go for something different though.

He said yes the Saab is nice but the Peugeot feels faster |

It will feel quicker it's also a lot more nimble because of its shorter wheelbase.

I have an interesting theory:
A certain 307 WRC may be for sale: - Is from Ireland - Is like the 306 a Peugeot (make the best out of 2?) - Is also linked with previous partners Eklund and Bardy Just a thought...

How about this for a theory.......
Ollie was reported as saying that the car would be unique to rallycross and was in talks with a sponsor who is currently involved in MotoGP. Fiat sponsor the factory Yamaha MotoGP squad...... Ollie is currently sponsored by New Holland.......who are either the agricultural equipment or HGV arm of the Fiat group (not sure which)...... And a Punto or Bravo or something would certainly be a first in rallycross! |
