Looks to me like that is just a mock-up using a bodyshell. It has no lights or any brake discs behind the front wheels. Doesn't appear to have a seat or any other interior refinements either.

It is a show car. As far as I am aware the former Essex chassis is now in the states, owned by Christian Zugel who runs it occasionally in historics.
