Most may not agree with the way it was handled, but Peugeot benched him for a reason. I think Pedro's proto days are best done with, he's not looking nearly as sharp as he once did. He would be an asset to a GT program however.

I think Trulli is a great idea + Wurtz did not get the seat time he deserved at Petit - both would be good young yet experienced drivers. Brabs would be good for development and experienced with many teams and types of cars. Engine = Turbo, Petrol, Hybrid... Chassis = Coupe (something close to the S102 I hope)

Toyota is not using a Dome S102 for testing. I saw the S102 yesterday it has been updated but has no engine in it, and has not had for some time.

Could you give more details? Perhaps there is more than one chassis?

Laurent Chauveau interviewed Stephan Gervais of Rebellion Racing. Interestingly he pointed out that lobbying is not part of Japanese culture.

I'm sure they wouldn't mind if someone was lobbying on their behalf, e.g Rebellion or TTE.

Why, as rumoured, would they show a car to the ACO a year in advance if they weren't testing the boundaries of what's acceptable?
The GT-ONE pushed the road car rule to breaking point with groundbreaking aero, so I'd expect them to have something special lined-up if they do return. |
