Mark Bailey should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
MSV Snetterton 4/5th November

Guys,

I received an email from Tristan at MSV on Friday advertising all comers Saloon or Sports car races at Snetterton.

Cost is £185 for a 20 minute qaulifying and two 20 minute races.

It doesn't appear to be listed on their website yet but thought you may all like to know if your championships are finishing or you plan an early christmas present to yourself!

Mark

So snett/msv are running a sports/saloon race against DTRC at Brands and the 8 clubs at Silverstone?!

Nice move.

Colin,

I've looked at the regs and it appears there are the followings races:
Saloons - Cars with 4 seats
Open Sports cars - a production vehicle with two or more seats
Sports Racing and GT- purpose built races or 2 door GT's.

I couldn't see any sub classes in the details this time round.

I haven't used mine since Rockingham, infact I need to see if it is still there! If its got tyres and pads left then I'll see what I can do, I'll msg you if going.

Are there really that many events taking place in November? I would assume most championships are finished by September/October so in effect this is a winter series race.

I read today in MN that they have put a winter series race at brands weekend of the 11th with formula audi at the mo but no other races anounced. Bet there will be an open saloon race much as per march this year and snet.
If it's the right price may well attract some of the DTRC runners from the previous weekend

Not me though. After the Last DTRC race, my car is going in for some extensive mods
