JPM's fan club post malaysia reunion.
Ok folks, we know he had the car, but he didn't had the luck. It seems like something out of this world has to happen for JPM to achieve a win. I don't know if there's anything else to talk about, the race for monty was over before it really started, so, join the club and post your opinion.

Damn shame, he seemed to have the pace but as you say the luck wasn't there. Oh well, bring on Brasil.

These things happen in F1, he'll be back. At least he's still ahead of his team-mate in the WDC which is the first thing he has to concentrate on.

Agreed, beating the team mate is very important but losing a rear wing is virtually impossible to overcome if winning the race is realistically on the agenda at the start of the race. So far, he has not had a clear run in either of the first two races and Ferrari has had similar trouble. With McLaren now in front on both scores, it will be interesting to see if JPM or Schumacher strikes back first.
I still think it would be a lot worse if JPM had this trouble much later in the season and it was Ferrari which had got off to a solid start like McLaren has done. |

well not his greatest performance but then things wernt going his way, in comparison TGF got off lightly seeing as he cause the hole accident (and a chain reaction leading to the others) and was only in the pits for 10-15 seconds changing his nose whereas Montoya has to change his rear wing.

Just watch out for Williams in Brazil, their top speed in the Sepang race was 317 kph, wheras others were doing 305 - ish.

I saw that but gussed it was set when Montoya was pitting as you can carry way more speed into the last corner when you are heading for the pit lane.
