With the WDC done and christmas near...
Let's see:

Pole : Schumacher

1 - Rubens Barrichello (2 laps to the end, TGF gently...)
2 - Michael Schumacher (TGF himself)
3 - David Coulthard (impressive race)
4 - Mika Hakkinen (lack of motivation)
5 - Jarno Trulli
6 - Ralf Schumacher

Well... it is perfectly possible, since the 2 first places
will ensure the WCC for Ferrari.

No need F1 knowledge, just by the my unique gifted instinct:

1.) a McLaren
2.) a Ferrari
3.) a McLaren or Ferrari.
4.) a non McLaren nor Ferrari

WCC: A Ferrari!

90 percent accuracy gauranteed!

Are you saying that at least 4 1/2 out of your 5 predictions will be correct?

Here goes....

1..Mika Hakkinen
2..David Coulthard
3..Michael Schumacher
4..Jenson Button
5..Rubens Barrichello
6..Heinz H.Frentzen

As much as I hate it if my prediction comes true it means Ferrari will get Constructors Title.
I would really like Mc Laren to get it.
You can never discount the new boy Jenson.
I've still got faith in Jordan and HHF,I think next year will be their year,or should I say a better year.

1-2 Michael Schumacher and Mika Hakkinen.

I predict the greatest race in last 3-4 years. A race everybody is waiting for, a race with nothing in stake. Ferrari already have Drivers trophy in their showcase and only need three points to keep the first garage. (And since both of them will disappear in the distance in the first laps...) It will be the first time they run just for fun.

It will be a hell of a race, three-four changes for the lead, they will finish within less than a second gap, probably less than a car length. I only hope that both Ilmor and Ferrari engines will not make any blunders. (Of course, the TV director will not show the rest of the grid.)

SL should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

OK a wild one....

Pole TGF

1/ J Herbert, out with a win. Rain near the end forces all the runners to pit bar JH as Jag 'forget' they have two drivers, rain stops and track dries out quickly.
2/ DH as above.
3/ R Zonta as above
4/ A Minardi, they could not afford wet tyres
5/ TGF
6/ MH

Well maybe not, probably be a Ferrari / Macca whitewash again. Thank God for Sports Cars.

zamrud should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
PP: TGF

At start of race, DC & JV conspire and go all out to have it all with TGF, while MH goes on the cruise to the checked flag. As only DC survived the race to the corner, final results would be:

1. M Hakkinen
2. R Shumacher
3. D Coulthard
4. HHF
5. J Button
6. R Barichello (too tired during qualifying from surfing
the previous week)

That's my 2 cents worth of thots!!

Anyways, enjoy the weekend you guys, see ya in Sepang!
Hope the coolest driver in F1 wins!!

Valve Bounce has been held in scrutiny for further testing

More importantly, will Bunsen finish ahead of Jacques? I say yes, and in the points too, so that will make Bunsen's debut trulli impessive.

If this lineup actually came in, I would win about $20 million.

Actually I don't care who wins this race. It'd be nice to see somebody different win for once. And I think TGF has ruined any potential win by his teammate by promising to "gift" him with it - who wants to win a race like that? Well, besides Cranky Mika and TGF!

scoring attempt

As far as I can remember,
Gerard wanted to give 3 points for a correct prediction,
and 1 point for a driver on another place in the top-6.

I guess this would lead to something like:

1. Ozywoodwards and Freaud, 8 points
3. Dani and R, 7 points
5. Chris Strange, 6.333 points
6. Bononi, Billy_Hunt, Ralf's Girl, and Jarama, 6 points
10. Gerard and Eero, 5 points
12. Don K, Sharky and Downforce, 4 points
15. Jay, 3.6 point
16. Red and Zamrud, 3 points
18. SL, 2 points
19. LYM, 1.231 points
20. Liz, 1 point
21. Everybody who did not send a prediction, 0.818 points
Last. Valve Bounce, 0.714 points

--

SL should have 5 points, if DH is Coulthard.
Downforce should have 7 points, if MS is Michael (not Salo)

And I did have some trouble calculating the points for Chris, Jay, Red, Lym, and Valve Bounce.
