PhilThomas should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Bump Stops...

Could someone explain the use of bump stops on F1 cars and whether they are used or if the teams are just using packers to do (basically) the same function?

I doubt bump stops are used. There's more flex in the tyre wall than there is movement in the wheel.
