PQs : the April meeting(s)...

It's time to plan and be precise...

PQs are coming : friday, saturday, sunday.

I'll be on the spot the three days - Bernard won't be far, I assume

As the schedules are :
- practice from 9h00am to 1h00pm, and 2h00pm to 6h00pm
the main Ten-Tenths meeting is :
- if the weather is dry : sunday, at 13h15 (1h15pm) in the Welcome area : there's benches, I'll have stuff to have a drink (wine, glasses)
- if the weather is NOT dry : at the restaurant La Vendée, in the main lane of the Village, along the track (50 meters to the Welcome entrance)

Explanations : we're all here for the cars, and don't want to miss any event... the Welcome area is nearby the main spots ; from here, it's easy to go to (or to come from) : the pits, the Dunlop curve, the tunnel, etc...

The other days (friday, saturday) : a coffe likely at 8h30am at Paddock Bar on friday (I know that Bernard will be there). And then : the pitlane ! The game is : dare to ask !

- Planetlemans team : Sander (Vandijk), Franck (EliseGT) and Vincent (Vinnie)

I'll post here 'till the last day to precise some arrangements (especially if Paddock Bar or La Vendée are closed).

We're currently trying to convince the ACO that they did in fact receive our paperwork on March 4, 2004 -- and I am assuming they will agree by tomorrow evening.

If all goes well, I will be there early Sunday and will have my Super Sub Photographer with me -- Mags will be home recovering after having done Phoenix Grand Am last weekend and Champ Cars in Long Beach this weekend! Noel and I will join you in the Welcome area if our duties permit and I really hope they do.

I just bought some Sancerre (blanc) and Menetou-Salon (red and rosé) last week-end... just a bit young to drink right now...

Scrutineerings schedules are confirmed as following :
- friday : 10am to 6pm
- saturday : 9am to 3pm (+ official photos I think)
- sunday : 9am to 1pm, and 2pm to 6pm

I can store store them in one of my fridges and bring it back to you just a few minutes before drinking.

I'll probably need to shorthen my Saturday race afternoon as I've got a company which will come to my 4WD circuit to have a trial drive experience the whole afternoon.

Don't bother (check you pm box)... I prefer to have you on the spot for the

! I have a collbox in my trunk, that's enough to keep the Rosé at the good temperature !

BTW most of people aren't connoisseur enough to matter the temperature of wine
