Pruett: Looking ahead, what's in store for 2008 in the ALMS series for Mazda? New car? New drivers? Changes in the team?
Doonan: “Some exciting things are coming for 2008...we will be able to share all the details in the coming weeks. Some new partners are on board and I will leave it at that for now...we are very excited about the new season and are focused on the job at hand...”

Pruett: Might we see a 2nd car at any American Le Mans events next year?
Doonan: “Our goal with the MZR-R engine program is to add as many customer teams using Mazda MZR-R power as possible. We have had a ton of interest from teams both here in North America and in the European Le Mans Series...nothing is final yet, but we are looking forward to seeing more Mazda powered prototypes running in 2008.”

B-K didn't have lots of testing, but I'm glad they don't sandbag in P2 like HPD and Porsche.

Fog that what I was about to say... Sandbagging? I wouldn't call constantly beating the Audi's and 7 car battle for 1st place at all events but Le Mans Sandbagging...

Maybe that was tongue in cheek????

B-K isn't sandbagging in P2 with a $$$$ budget. HPD and Porsche should be in P1.
