Trying to Join Classic FF1600 Grid ASAP - Help!

Hi all

I'm looking for two same model classic FF1600's for a friend and me.

A couple of 79/80/81 Van Diemen's on the button would be great...

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks
Dave

PS Not a time waster and cash waiting...

PRS RH01 has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!

Hi all

Thanks for the suggestions here and the PM's - I really appreciate the help and it looks like we should be preetty much sorted.

There is a Swiss car that looks very good and very very reasonably priced so that is likely to be one of the two needed. I've had it checked out mechanically already and came in smelling of roses. It is nice and clean / recently retored.

For the second car, there are a couple of UK based options, but they seem potentially expensive, but who knows if something can be negotiated?

The good news though is that I have just picked up a PM regarding what looks to be a nice Paris-based FR80 roller that once again seems to be in the right price range.

Also, given its just over the channel its pretty easy to pick up - and I can get some cheap booze at the same time! Winning option perhaps!

Once again thanks for the help from everyone!

All

A quick update on the situation and offer of thanks to those that helped out.

No suitable Van Diemens could be found within the tight timeline in the end so my friend and I have bought a pair of 1970 and 1971 Titan Mk6's.

Our first race is Brands on the 12th/13th - so wish us newbies luck!

Hope all goes well at brands for you both, you've picked a good crowd to enjoy the sport with, have you any pictures of your new purchases that you can share with us?
