Now there's a curiosity. Someone from Wales says support the Brits, and uses an English flag? I only mention it because most British drivers use a Union flag, unless they're Scottish and carry a Saltire. Never quite understood it. I hope that doewn't sound controversial or critical, 'cause it's not meant to be. Anyway, I agree entirely, and follow the fortunes of Dario Franchitti, Darren Manning, Andy Priaulx and the rest with great interest. Come on, lads, show 'em all the way round!

Scottish drivers are by far and away the best of the brits anyway. It's the one sport scots can gloat about being better than the english at.

I've nevedr especially supported British drivers. I always found Mansell too dull, too self-obsessed, too much of a complainer, and just not charismatic. Damon Hill was much teh same although hard not to respect. I tend to support the guys who I think have the most exciting personality, drivign style, and lots of talent. I always cheer Manning on in CART, and Jenson in F1, but not many others in International Series.

How about Robbie Kerr in F3000 this year then?
He's one that hasn't got a rich daddy, always drives his heart out, and last year won Brit F3 on half the budget that Carlins ran on. |

Derek had supposedly signed for the RML/Deuce team in ASCAR this year, though there hasn't been much said about that for a while.
