The Motorsport Wiki
In a new project, your favourite (we hope) motorsport forums are branching out to provide a new facility - The Motorsport Wiki.
For those of you who may have used or know of wikipedia - we hope that this will become the specialist motorsport equivalent. A one-stop database for information on circuits, drivers, all the series, race clubs - if it's to do with motorsport, you can put it in. In the past few weeks, a basic plan has been developed and example articles made. Essentially, there'll be sections on a few key categories, and you can add your articles there. At the moment, we appreciate there isn't much there - but the beauty of a wiki project is that everyone can get involved to add information. No doubt you know something better that others - all you need to do is add it. Full details on how to add articles can be found in the Editor Guide - if you have any questions please either ask here or in the dedicated help page on the wiki pages. |

I have just had a look, a great project. I am off work next week so I might add one or two bits of information.
