'09 Fantasy Racing Challenge Intro & Rules..

It's about that time folks. The racing season is about to start! So Year 3 of the Fantasy Racing Challenge is about to begin. In that vein, the schedule will include 14 rounds with a combination of races from the ALMS, LMS and, of course, Le Mans.
With the added possibility (TBD) of including the Asian Le Mans Series rounds.
..
The Rules:
Prior to each round a separate prediction thread for that race will be posted. This is where you are to place your predictions. Each race thread will outline important times and dates, the most current entry list, other links of importance, and any special rules for that race, if any.
Submissions must be made prior to the start of qualifying time for that race. Once the deadline passes no more predictions will be accepted (excluding force majeure). After the race, results will be posted including an updated points tally.
The competition will be divided into two parts. The first portion will focus on qualifying. The object is simple: guess the pole sitter for each class being scored by us at that round (no GT-1 except at Le Mans). The guess must be correct in order to earn points. One point will be awarded for each correct pole sitter guessed. A total of three possible points are available in the qualifying portion (except at Le Mans where it will be 4)
..
..

The second portion of the competition will focus on the race. Again, the object is simple: guess each of the three class winners (except at Le Mans where it will be 4). However, this portion has a twist. You can pick one, two, or three cars per class. If you guess one car only, you can earn four points for the correct guess. If you guess two cars, and one of them wins, you can earn two points. And if you guess three cars, and one of them wins, you can earn one point. If none of your selections win, you get zero points. This is a classic risk vs. reward scenario.
..
..

Example: Say for a regularly scored round I select Audi #1 and Audi #2 as my picks to win the P1 class. Since I have chosen two cars, the most points I can earn for a correct guess is two. If either car takes the win I earn two points. If neither car wins, I earn no points. For bonus scoring rounds you would multiply the points by 2 or 3 to match that rounds bonus value. The twist obviously is if you feel confident in your choice and pick only one car, you can earn more points. However, your chances for not scoring any points increases.
..
Each entry submission will include your guess for the pole sitter in P-1, P-2 and GT-2 along with your guess for those class winners of the race.
Le Mans will include all four classes!
.
The object of the season is to score the most points.

Question: If we know we won't be able to get on the forum in the time its open before the race, is there a way we could get our entries in? eg. a PM a month before or so.
.
Answer: Yes, but that submission (PM) must be in before the deadline.
.
Please format it as you would a regular 'Fantasy Racing Competition' thread entry so it is easily transferred (copy & pasted) to the thread when it becomes live for the race.
