Silverstone Grandstand
Does anybody know how the row numbers in the Luffield stand at Silverstone work? IE is row 1 the best and row 27 the worst? Also any comments on where is best place to watch the race from, would be appreciated

well , its row A at the front of the grandstamd going back to about row W at the back i think .
Luffield has got 2 grandstands , Luffield (A) which faces directly in the middle of the corner with a sideways facing view of the pit lane , and Luffield (B) which is on the exit of the corner , and sits next to the grandstands at Woodcote. Luffield (B) faces towards the direction of Bridge corner. Personally , i prefer Luffield (A) , but my first choice is always COPSE Corner . that is the best place ever when you get to see the full commitment of some of the drivers entering the corner at nearly 170mph. |
