Going to Spa.... Best Grandstand?
Hi guys,
I'm off to Spa in Sept for the GP... Having never been before I am looking for recommendations regarding the best granstand to watch the race from... Will spend Fri and Sat walking around but want somewhere good to watch the race from. Thanks |

I would strongly recommend one with a roof. It does ALWAYS rain.

It depends a bit what sort of ticket you're going to buy, but there are not that many proper grandstands. They are building a new one on the start-finish straight, then there are the old ones opposite the old start line. A temporary one will be built at Eau Rouge. After that maybe one near Les Combes, one at the exit of Les Combes and at Rivage. The next one could be at Pouhon and maybe some at Fagnes. That should be about it. But there are some great banks to watch from, about everywhere. A great place now is the new Busstop and the whole view of Blanchimont. |
