Despite the inherent fragility of their cars, Lego Racers have defied the concrete walls to post their second win of the year. B.O.R.I.N.G. came in a distant second, closely followed by fellow championship wannabes Two Dollar Shop Racing and Jose Motorsport.

Hard Charger Award
Surfers has a bit of a reputation as a difficult place to pass, and so it proved with LilChad Racing and Holden Performance Racing sharing the Hard Charger with a gain of eight hard-earned places.


Biggest Loser Award
With everyone getting cosy in their respective positions, SZaucy Motorsport were far and away the worst team in Surfers, but suffered losing only 9 places. Where is the justice in that?

Two things have emerged from Surfers:
1) Where for art thou Brendon Engineering? The form team for so much of the season has now lost first place, second place, and very nearly third place as well!
2) How much is one place on track worth? B.O.R.I.N.G. might have finally made the lead, but Lego Racers are so far up their exhaust pipe they can actually touch the pistons.
