Well I find it amazing that butter would not melt in their mouths at bathurst and now the shoe is on the other foot they cry like babys.

I think they were absolutely right today, at least regarding the rear bumper.

And at Bathurst actually.

I'd blow up too.

GRM is a different story

Personally I agreed with both of them.
GR didn't say anything different from anyone else when the topic of Thexton comes up.

And as for Ozemail, wouldn't you be angry if you were called in to take off a part that you left on the track ?
Another stupid call, brought to you by the stewards.

How long did the Ozemail guys leave it between the time the meatball flag was given to them and the time they served their penalty?

If it was about 3 or more laps, you can sort of understand that it could have sort of been a punishment, for not coming in quick enough. Penalising them of course, for not bringing it soon enough to remove the bumper, as, safety is the name of the game.

The Lord works in mysterious ways....Just a little bit of "kharma" after Bowe's efforts at Bathurst.

No sympathy, no support, no regrets.

Deal with it Kimy, just like everyone else does when your boys biff and barge their way around.

Couldn't happen to nicer blokes.....

There was a lot of sympathy here for Ozemail Team after Bathurst..... There seems to be a lot of whinging in V8's these days. But I still think Garry Rogers is champion of that

And does anybody get it when AVESCO or CAMS or whatever/whoever wants to fine people for mouthing off at them? Can't they take any critism or anything at all?

Get over it!

Dave are you trying to say Bowe didn't have the corner at Bathurst? Were you watching a different race?

I'm not "trying" to say it, it's a fact.

Bowe slid into Skaife and smashed him in the B pillar.

Skaife was past the apex of the corner and Bowe simply over cooked it, cut the corner and slid into the HRT car.

Running over someone in a corner when you don't have control of your car and using their side as a buffer, is hardly a safe, proffessional and fair way to pass.

But, then we are talking about Bowe and Ozemail.....

Today's Ozemail effort would have brought a smile to a few Holden boys....

If you have a valid complaint, maybe it's not really winging? Though, i have criticised KJ and GR for being champion whingers in the past.

Here's a thought! Perhaps, those two whinge no more than anyone else and for reasons unexplained, 10 like to air all of their whinges and few of anyone else's???

I think what happens is that they are willing to talk to CH 10 about it when other Team Managers or owners refuse to talk on camera when something happens to their drivers

Or the other team managers simply suck it in and take it on the chin and don't squel like primary school girls when things don't go their way ? ? ?

Just a thought.....

Just a thought.....

I think it probably goes both ways; the Ten pit reporters are usually pretty quick to get a camera in front of someone who's just been dealt a poor hand - in the heat of battle, sometimes things get said by people that they otherwise probably wouldn't say once they'd had time to cool down. Then there are the guys (won't mention names, but it doesn't take much to guess...) who would probably find a way of venting their spleen even after they'd calmed down.

Come to think of it, I can't think of many teams that have not had a bit of a rant in front of the Ten cameras. SBR and LRT come to mind, but I can't be certain...

Good on KJ someone has to do it, these blokes calling the shots need to be accountable but sadly its likely to be a disrepute fine for KJ when in reality its these stupid calls that bring the sport into disrespute.

I bet the Holden fans would be jumping up and down if Skaifes door had actually fallen off and was still forced in to fix it eh?

Ain't that the truth! The worst thing about the stewards at the moment is that they don't have to answer to anyone! Theoretically they could make any call they want and no one could do anything.

I think it's about time we moved this series into the 21st century and started using some of the fantastic technology available. I see that Volvo are now selling cars with sensors to tell you if there's another car in your blind spot... If Volvo can do it, why can't AVESCO!?!

All this year KJ has been very diplomatic when it came to his comments on camera. I guess the utter stupidity of the bumper decision was just too much for him.
