Ultimate F1 car...F1 Racing

A magazine, think it was F1 Racing had an article a few years ago where they got a F1 team, think it was Williams to design a F1 car with no rules...Anyone know where I could find this ?

Very interesting. And it just backs up the reason why you can't have 'open' regulations in any series. All that g-force! Who would/could drive it and where?!!! But I suppose the throttle works both ways.

As I recall one of the Ovals in the US can't be used by IRL or Champ cars because they bevelop so much G Force the drivers start to loose vision.
Anyone have any info on where and when? Have a feeling it was in Texas.
