First Reynard...

Maybe I'm reading too much into this. I have been drinking, afterall.

Maybe building bridges is more profitable...

nickkeyiu should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Most companies do this when they undertake a new project as big as this...no biggie, they just want to trim down manufacturing and put that into research & development...no worries, Lola is strong and not going anywhere

Reading too much into it. Lola is financially secure and run very well. No problems.

RD400Racer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Considering all the series Lola participates in, including some fairly high-dollar single-chassis series, I suspect they're OK. What I found fascinating was in a recent edition of Racecar Engineering. Lola landed the contract for the new F3000 car, and said it had increased downforce by 20 percent over the old one. "If we had put the kind of development into this car that we put into the Champ car, we'd have increased it 50 percent," one designer said. So much money goes into stuff the fan never sees ...
