Classic Spa, May 2011

The organisers of Classic Le Mans are planing a similar event at Spa, 27-29th May 2011. I imagine that if it takes off this would happen on alternate years to Classic Le Mans.

The TSSC, from their involvement in CLM, has been asked to find out how much interest there is among Triumpheros. I can't find a mention of this event elsewhere on 10/10ths, and have no doubt that all classic or historic racers and fans may be interested , so please see: http://www.tssc.org.uk/index.php?opt...id=54581#54581 and RSVP if you are interested.

This has been mentioned before in calender thread.
It clashes with Brands Masters which is crazy.

The idea is to run a race similar to the Two Hour race they organised at Ricard in October.

The two main events will be the CER Races and Group C.

Think we will stick to HSCC,GTSCC and Pre 63 in May .

As much as I respect Peter Auto not sure this is smartest thought process with Alan D.V. Summers Classic a few weeks away.Alan has always done everything for the betterment of the competitor at Spa and it is his plot and best left to him to sort races there.We will be at 6 hrs and thats it.

Sure all you Triumph people can find a race their rather than this upstart of a meeting.

This seems to be an invitation to attend as a spectator in an organised trip rather than compete so would it not fit better in 'Trackside?' Don't know about others but the entry forms arrived (unsolicited) a couple of weeks ago.
