Sorry Ayse, I didn't find out the main thread in the last 100 days... if somebody has it, thank you to give the link to allow to merge...
Here are the news, comming from Jérôme Mugnier's site : - the 2001 917 is back ! Sold by Bobby Rahal to Juan Barazi, the car will enter the 5th field... - some interresting pilots : J. Herbert, A. Newey, B. Bondurand, J.C. Andruet, J. Barth, and... an anonymous Mr Ratel ! THE Ratel ? S. Ortelli could be in to ! |

Fantastic to see the car back, although I hope he's more careful with it than he was with his 250LM at Goodwood a couple of years back! On the other hand, I hope he's quick; I wonder who he will be sharing with?....

Did you notice that the 917 did a splendid "one, two" owerall at the Classic race in Monza ?
