2CV Racer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Marshals wanted for Phoenix Park Aug 16/17

The Phoenix Park is Europes largest urban park, near Dublin city centre.

It has been a temporary venue for motorsport events over the last 100 years and a big centenary event is being held there this year.

As a temporary track it is an interesting place to marshal to say the least!!

Marshals are required for the event. If anyone is interested you can send me a pm or visit the MRMCI website www.mrmci.com/phoenixpark for further details.

More than happy to help out, just give me some basic accommodation and I will be there. Oh yeah, and a return flight from Australia on QANTAS would be requied as well.

I have made this offer before, but no-one takes me seriously!

Masser should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Having travelled to this event many times, I would have to say that this is the finest venue in the world for motorsport and has been for the past 100 years, it is just that with the lask of forsight and money it has never reached its potential.

For thoes of us of a certain vintage there is nothing better than the sound of a pure racing engine reverbrating throught the trees with the smell of Castrol R and cut grass hanging in the air. It would be an ideal venue for a Revival type meeting and hopefully one day the powers that be will see the potential for this circuit in the center of Dublin and all will be well again in the world.
