That is not what I thought the qualifying results would bring, can't wait for the 2nd session results.

I told you to keep an eye on David Saelens, but 'ofcourse' bad luck caused him to drop back to 7th after the 2nd session (and the other ... guys are all within 1 tenth before Saelens, it makes me so mad )

Check the times, Saelens is within 0.030 secs of 4th place :-(

Heh, will he ever be lucky in F3000?

Perhaps tomorrow. He can score points after all. His teammate isn't doing a good job for the moment. He is riding for his pleasure. And, he has the money to do it.

Rempie: the times that I wrote are from the official A1-ring site.
So they are wrong. Sorry!

2. Tomas Enge (Arden Motorsport)
3. Mario Haberfeld (Astromega)?
4. Antonio Pizzonia (Petrobras Jr.)
5. Rodrigo Sperafico (Durango)
6. Patrick Friesacher (Red Bull Jr.)

Id love to Mario win this one , he really deserves it in my book . He's been alot more on the pace this year , and i feel if he could just get his 1st win out of the way , much more would follow . His confidence has taken quite a knock over the past 3 years .

Another good effort from Rob Nguyen. Ahead of some more fancied rivals.
