Olivier Pla turned a 1:39:828 a few laps ago before handing it over to Rusinov, that's the 2nd fastest race lap, only behind the #5. Such a shame about their alternator problem, they really are on the pace of the DPs (over a whole lap, not the straights).

While I did cringe at that when they first didn't grasp the car was in the garage, these guys are professionals and are not as terrible as some are making them out to be.

At least they aren't surprised that the doors of the cars are able to actually swing open during driver changes.

I know if I were going for 24 hours straight commenting on a series for the first time, I'd hit less than 1.000 myself. That said, they do sound too "twangy" just because I associate them with NASCAR so much. I'm in an out with the sound, but at least I have not heard them refer to any cars in the NASCAR style of "The 24" or "The 48".

This really needs the sound of at least ONE brit (Hobbs, Fish, Bell, Hindhaugh) to give it greater audio credibility.

I'm not a fan of the Z4s (even if I am a fan of some of the drivers), but I have to say kudos to them for staying pretty close to the fight in GTE. Some of the shots we have seen with them have shown the other GTE cars cruise right past them, I would have expected them to be a bit further behind.

You guys watching on the fox sports live feed? Virtually unwatchable, choppy and bouncing in and out of sound, forward and back...any place else to pick it up. ,an do I miss the alms streams and radio lemans.

My live feed is working great...it's just this MRN commentary is awful. Buckler won in 03! The Vipers in 2000 and the Vette in 2001 gosh how hard is it to remember this at least!!

ESM is calling out Oak Racing on twitter, say they are coming for P2 in LMP2. I guess you need to create battles for yourself once you're out of contention.

on the #3 Vette, thought i heard something about checking brakes or something else, but that is twice now with the hood up. It's a bit concerning.

If we had legitimate commentator's, we would likely know. Maybe the C-Squad will be better than the B-Squad. My guess is they (Corvette) know they have some time during caution, so they are doing preventative checks.

Two camera guys, one on the back-straight and one on the front. No pit-road camera's, but they are reporting from the pits (sort-of).

They are only covering prototypes though....
