New hortonracing 205 takes shape
As some of you may have noticed recently, our website hasn't been updated as much as usual. (will be doing a major update very soon)
The reason for this is that me and ric have been putting in a lot of hours working on his new car after his smash at blyton. The old car has now been fully stripped and gone to the big scrapyard in the sky. Due to ric going on a family holiday in a few weeks time, (same time as the blyton double header) we have been putting in the extra hours to get the car ready for anglesey. The new 205gti is now taking shape and hopefully will be fully ready to race intime. As you may have heard, richard has also aquired sponsorship from adlington caravans like steve heppenstalls trio of cars, so it will be carrying the same distictive yellow colour scheme. The links below are a section of recent pictures from the work in progress. There is also a full album of images of the work so far in our gallery section, which is updated very regularly. thats what i like to see a proper sized workshop reminds me of home. Did you not learn anything Si when we repaired the Audi at knockhill what do you need one of those masks for when your welding
|
