Question:

From looking at one of Bernard's Pics from the back, the front fenders look like "pontoon" fenders without the attachments that Audi has and Cadillac had last year....

Are they allowed for 2003, but must have the attachment for 2004?

I just want to make sure I have my rules and years straight...
