Best of luck John, who's the lucky crew member? Remember to stay out of that lovely little hotel bar where it all went wrong a few years ago! PBE

As usual we were third out of 120 starters.
It is one of the best events on the calender .
Only downside is that I managed to mess up my knee and foot which may effect the golf for the next month!

Well John, I saw a guy on the golf course today on what can only be described as an off-road Rascal (one of these).

So maybe there's still hope for this golf season after all.

Hi John
Sorry for not having spotted you on the start list. Otherwise I would have concentrated more.
We did two days, before going down from Mulhouse to Villa d'Este, but I managed two reasonable shots of the Porsche, one showing your arrival at Monthlery, and the other one at Dijon Prenois. Did we shoot you from the back of our car on Tuesday morning? We were in Group 1 when doing that.

Any other 10-10 members along the roads that we may have seen?

I'll check with the chief if we have more shots. We were quite out of sync with the regularity groups, due to the starting order on the first two days, which saw the competition class leave first. It is simply impossible to shoot all the cars in the same place and when moving you will always miss a few. (on the other hand, when you participate you hardly get to see the other cars....)
Anyway, here are some UK cars from the first group, including two MGSAs with almost the same license plate. If there is a story behind that I would love to hear it. The cars along the roadside were shot very late on Monday afternoon, so quality is not that good. The GSA was one of my personal favourites (together with th very noisy SMs) The Flaminia we saw on tuesday afternoon along the road, with apparent trouble. (It was also striking how many cars had to be refueled along the roadside, I would think one of the thing someone would keep track of is the mileage...)
