Anglesey - BRSCC May 7th/8th
So then, our first visit of the season is approaching.
Looks a good meeting this one - Alfa's, Fiats and the FF1600's. Looking forward to this although I will have to get up (very) early on Saturday to drive over rather than staying Friday night as well. Any other 10/10th-ers coming to play? |

We'll be there.....but you knew that didn't you? (Or maybe your finals haven't arrived yet! ).
As you may have seen in the FF section of ten-tenths, looks like full grids for FF. Alfas are looking good as well - Group D is up to seven entries, better than the two they have managed so far this season! |

The thing about Anglesey meetings is that everyone mucks in when there's an incident - even the Observer (Sometimes!!) Drivers also seem to realise that Marshal-power is reduced and assist more than they would do at Oulton, for example. As I've said before, the whole weekend at Anglesey has a relaxed, holiday feel to it. |

Well I am now travelling on Friday evening, so I can enjoy a lovely full-cooked English Breakfast beforehand (English? We'll be in Wales! - Full cooked, as opposed to just part-cooked!)
Harry, IIRC, NOTHING woud wake you from your slumber! |

Just a quick note to say thank you to all the Marshals and officials at Anglesey this weekend.
My first visit to the circuit (in the class F Alfa race) and we thoroughly enjoyed the circuit and the organisation. My sun-burn is slightly calmer today! Thanks to everyone. |

Racing Life, glad you enjoyed the weekend. At least it stayed dry..... We were megga busy in the pits, that meeting has to be a record for drivers required to visit the COC.

Fortunately, I was one of the well behaved ones!
I don't recall the E + F Alfas mis-behaving - despite my efforts to throw the car off the track! The FFord races looked a bit lively.... while the XR's seemed to be shedding wheels! You're right, its more wind-burn than sun-burn - a top weekend! |

Both the XR3i and the XR2 drivers who lost wheels at Post 2 said they thought it was a result of earlier contact!!!

Great weekend as usual, tho somewhat conserned about the lack of understanding from some about what certain flags meant
