Maybe this is one for the next "so what do we talk about" thread, presumably opening in late June, but my resolution for 2013 must must must be to get hotels for the drive down and back sorted earlier.
Was all enthused in December, tried to book, booking wasn't open, and now I've procrastinated into March, and desired place is booked solid. Probably my mistake for letting on about it, but frustrating as in years gone by they've had availability until quite late on - always a little sad when a secret gets out. Decent places sorted on both legs, slightly longer drive than hoped for on Sunday evening, but not unfeasible, and no, I'm not letting on where they are! |

The works in the center of Le Mans that make sure the scrutineering will not take place at "Les Jacobins". But actually nobody knows exactly where it will be.

Sure, I'll folllow the works and try to get the information about the place for the scrutineering. For sure with these works for the new tram 's line, the center is evry disturbed. They were thinkig at "place de la république" for the scrutineering but it seems to get big difficulties for the trucks' access. To be continued.....
No new about the Arnage curve, went some times to ride there but no visible works. ???? |

That's better!
What's the chances of a break with tradition and scrutineering at the circuit? Or is that heresy? On the football pitch???? |

On the football pitch? Good idea to have at last a good spectacle in the arena....
Seriously, absolutely no site is mentionned anywhere for this. It is a big mistery. But what is sure, is that in the teams it works a lot. This afternoon, I had a ride with my motorbike around the circuit and I went to the Technoparc where oak racing and Pescarolo have their workshops and then I could visit and see the DOME . Huuummmmm, I feel good |

I thought he'd left Le Mans quite a few years ago?

That info passed me by. I remember from an Autosport Le Mans Guide (when they were still 'doable') that he lived in Le Mans. Never got the message that he moved out to another town. In that case, I'll just follow his first example, and forget about moving out again
