Is that Nils E. Hannevig on commentary? When I was a kid and they had the rallycross on 'International Motorsports' on Sky Channel as it then was, I thought he was great. Mind you, Nils used to get far more excited than the chap in that vid - he'd be wetting himself because there was a position change for fourth in the C final.
