Is the answer to #2773 Tom Jones as the (second!) car pictured is a Singer?

Oh Dear! CRM, it does not matter too much I have already been put right as to Martine Le Pen. A sorry state of affairs when I am assailed by clever people correcting my spelling left right and centre, all I can say in my defence is that as long as Tom Jones was spelt correctly, I did not bother too much about the rest, however, I apologise if I have caused offence to any Australians on the forum, and promise to try harder in the future.

Two old ladies went for a tramp n the woods ........ but he got away

The good news is that your post proves that people are at least looking at the puzzles.

Cheers, Bauble.

So, you're telling me that Catherine Elise Blanchett AC is not the driver of a Singer 9 Roadster series 4AC?

A word about solving puzzles. I know from the 'views' that a lot of people take a look at the various teasers on the thread, but very few ever venture to send in an answer, many self-confessed 'lurkers'. Dreaming up the puzzles takes time, and often a lot of research, (OK! crm not enough) so it would be rewarding to see more activity.
In the (vain) hope that I might tempt more lurkers to break cover, and stick their head above the parapet, let me say with confidence, that anyone, and everyone viewing Puzzle 2778 can give the right answer!

Yes, even you bludvl-X49.

No specialist knowledge is needed, you don't even have to know what each car is, the solution is within your grasp So come on see if you can't upstage the Smarty Pants who reckon themselves Puzzlers.

Best of luck,

Bauble.

Maybe she does, but not that one, that belongs to a friend of mine, and he will not even let his wife drive it, so Ms. Blanchett has no chance

Does anyone know where the exit is?

VivaGT wins the ice cream with the chocolate flake, first to spot the difference.

The doctor tells the patient that he has a serious heart condition for which there is no current treatment, however, a new procedure is being trialled if he was interested in taking part. The patient asked if it was risky, and the doctor said there was 1 in a 100 chance it could prove fatal.
"How many have you done so far?" asked the patient. "99" replied the doctor.

Woo Hoo, my permanent membership of the Stupido Club has been temporarily suspended!
Once you see the reason it really is blindingly obvious (and simple).
I will bask in the glory of this for as long as possible or at least until I try to answer another puzzle.
Thanks Baub!

It was only at that point I looked closer at the hat and noticed the Martini name with what could have been Pierluigi in front. So I know the drivers names now but still struggling.

As for O-0-O....... ???.

Oh and Ms. Blanchett sends her regards. In fact she has just sold her stylish Victorian style Melbourne home in fashionable Prahran. Lack of garage / car storage facilities perhaps.
