Bimmer playing a little rough out there...giving the Porsche a few stock car moves.

That Penske livery looks good in the California sun.

One Porsche was being really cheeky diving down the inside of GT cars into the hairpin. It would have been fine, but then his team mate was facing the wrong way. I wonder if they waved to each other.
No yellow despite all that. EDIT: Jeremy thinks he pushed his team mate round, but surely it was the Lambo. The BMW bashed its way through! Last edited by Adam43; 20 Apr 2024 at 22:06. |

That was some bad driving from Nasr, didn't see anyone else trying to overtake a GT into final corner.

And it's over. Caddy in control from the start until the end and GTD won by the additional Lexus

I’m wondering if I should revisit my the Caddy is the most driveable of the current cars theory.

Deserving winners at Long Beach today. I don't think 01 Caddy and 89 Lexus ever were in danger of losing their leads. GTD was a great race from 2nd on back!

Caddy looking strong with a 1-2, Penske Porsche brings it home 3 - 4.

It did look like the #89 was a GTD Pro car running amongst the rest of the field being GTD Am cars. I know that was not the case. Still had that look and feel. Maybe it was the red dots they painted on the front!

Disappointing race for Acuras and BMWs tho. Good race in general, it was entertaining 100 minutes

And now to the main event..GT America...lol. But hey at least they got Audis on the grid. For fans who watch both races in person. They get all 12 active GT3 manufacturers to enjoy at some point.
