Autobarn Racing Livery
Look what I found in this forum, it is the new Rod Nash/Autobarn Racing Commie driven by Steve Owen and they are using #55. Gulf Air has also joined RNR, was that the result of Perkins' last stand at Autobarn?

Not the greatest effort, but its beneath the paint that counts!
A solid PMM Chassis, a very cool and quick driver in Steve Owen, plus the reliable combination of Rodney Nash, Marty Brant and IRC... I'd expect this car to suprise a few this year... |

we certainly are going to have a lot of dark cars in this years series, thatll make the HRT boys stand out like dogs balls at the track.
i just wish the F1 would hurry up so i can see these guys in action |

I haven't seen the livery despite watching 10 Sport but if it is unchanged from last year that is really disappointing. It was the second worst livery last year and will be around the same this year. They could have done a lot with those colours.

Good to see 'factory' Holden support on this car as well
Last year where the Holden sign iss at the top of the windscreen was just a red space.. I still find it funny that SCAR & this group have Castrol on their flanks, while Perkins doesnt... |

Heck, it seems even uglier than last year!!
Combining those colours with black wheels should be a criminal offence. |

At least it should be a top 15-top 20 proposition now, which it never was when at Perkins...

Autobarn Racing had the Holden signage in a few rounds, I think it was Shanghai, Melbourne, Perth and Clipsal 500

Holden was over the front window every round (Pukekohe where TD ran AutoBarn and EC where Bluey Day was across the window aside) up until Oran Park when Holden was removed from the window, but still remained on the under side of the Back Wing.

00 XR8 - At least it looks better than the white one that ran at Sandown! GTRMagic - Castrol has a supply deal to Autobarn hence the logos, if you notice they are plain Castrol and not Castrol Edge. The other teams have there own deals, thats why they are with them. I agree with what you are saying though, Shell stayed with DJR in a minor role so why don't Castrol? Has anyone noticed the 'Drift' logos on the car?! |
