and where will the Squadron be located?
Not sure if this is a good move, think being build in NL was one of the special things of a Spyker ... By the way - 17 miles for me |

Good news indeed, I think it would be a bit weird having the Spyker Squadron (I love that name) based in England and not in Holland...

Of all things: Spyker is bidding for the takeover of Saab!
Will this mean more sporty instead of boring cars from the Saab factories? Interesting mixture,that's for sure... |

If they did, it would mean an end to rebadged Vauxhall/Opel chassis!
Saab's might actually be that bit different again. All they need then is to resurrect DAF cars. Proper belt drive ones. |

No, not yet. Not really surprising considering the time Mr Muller spent on the successful Saab take-over.

Jeroen Bleekemolen only drove for them at Le Mans. Coronel and Janis were the drivers in the LMS.

Whoever runs their facebook page (he claimed to be from Spyker NA), told me they'd be doing LMS and Le Mans again, but things can change.

The Squadron is on the entrylist for LMS (1 car) and the first announced driver is Tom Coronel
The car is a C8 Laviolette GT2R. So I guess it will be atleast another year before we see the C8 Aileron GT2R (or GT1R). |

Indeed a sad thing for the Aileron is such a looker. I hope Saab will not sap all the energy out of Spykers sportscar project.

But they haven't build enough Ailerons to race with it yet. So next year we will see the Aileron on the circuit (I hope). Because they will also need money to develop the new car.
