This is a silly thread anyway. You should just do what we do in Ireland with our novices.
For the first 10 events, all new marshals are called Dave. MUCH more sensible

in answer to your question;the only BOBS iknow of is the silverstone marhals brdc quote,I AM A BLACK OLD ******* AND PROUD OF IT. B.O.B. this is relating to the black overalls.
