Steve Gibson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Croft 25th & 26th September

An incentive to all marshals to come out to play.
Everyone who marshals will get a free present
A free ticket to the Saturday night BBQ
And most of all not having to put up with me because I am Secretary of the Meeting and will let my humour loose on the drivers for a change.
See you all there
Steve

Sounds good, fingers crossed the weather is good and we don't get the tail end of one of these hurricanes.

Suggest that any drivers who misbehave on track should be made to give a large donation to the beer fund and made wait on the marshals at the evening BBQ. They can run around after the hard working marshals for a change!

See you there

The morning after the night before
Half the racing is done and by all accounts from the marshals on the bank it was good with plenty of action.
The legenday BBQ last night was attended by about 300 hungry competitors and marshals, steaks BBQ'd to perfection and yes you can cut them with plastic knives and forks.
So back to the circuit for part 2 of the racing, oh by the way for those at other venues " The sun is shining"

It was a good weekend from my view point at Clervaux!

Syncronised spinning into gravel from the WRC escot and mini in Saturday practice. MG's provided plenty of action and debri left on the track. Not so keen on the Scottish solo's who in my opinion failed to slow for the double waved yellows during a snatch - 3/4 proceed to go off through the gravel & rejoin just a good job no marshal or recovery staff were in the way.

All this plus an enjoyable BBQ on the saturday night. Well done all.

One of the Silverstone crew had an 'interesting' driving style, including side-swiping the Armco on the winding down lap.

Gravel, tarmac, what's the difference, this will go anywhere.

Even a visit from the Red Arrows, what more could you ask for. Another good day at Croft.

They just came together at the last moment, very little damage to either car.

Cheers
