5 Race Mallory
Was surprised to find on getting to Mallory Monday that it was just a 5 race prog'...though this was changed to a 6 race meeting on the day as one race was halved in distance and the second half added later on as a seperate race. This was however ok with me as it was pretty cold so an early go was most welcome. Not sure what would have happened if the Kevin Shortis organised races (Ford Saloons, Fiesta's & XR's) hadn't have been on the programe though? Anyway-a good meeting. One thing..."the ledge of doom" the walkway on the inside of the track behind the armco at the Devils Elbow is way to dangerous and needs urgent attention before somebody falls down there and gets hurt-that walkway is way to narrow with the ground subsiding already!! ...here's some of the action .....

Well I'll be at Brands Sat & Sunday morns as have to be at work both afternoons which is a bummer but there you go-cant afford to take it as holiday. Hey, you havnt got me a breaky yet!

Won't be there for brekky on Sunday. Got some people to see <taps nose and looks more shifty than normal>
Actually I have a stag do tomorrow. Won't be capable of functioning early! |
