There was a great article in Circuit driver where they took three Porsche's to Nurburgring and Hockenheim for some lapping and called in to Spa on the way back. All for just a few hundred pounds. Track time prices would make you weap compared to those in Britain. A bargain.

Anyway it's not far at all. Next year we are considering Le Mans to Nurburgring...

Tainan should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Just down the motorway from Spa - very easy. DM20 per lap when I went there about 4 years ago. Its not open for lapping every day though so check their website.
