No real surprise there. Ferrari now has a golden opening with 3 Porsches each having a gentleman with 2 pros. They can put together a trio of all-pro cars if AF Corse receives a little assistance to field a lineup like Biagi/Montanari/Vilander. Then all they have to demand is for one of them to run the distance, with support from their second-string car (Krohn) and third-string cars (JMB, Farnbacher).

Baring any accidents or overall sillyness Ferrari wins this going away and brielga predicted domination of the podium is very likely, given the pace of Virgo and BMS...

Hallyday is pretty quick in FFSA anyway and so is Bornhauser given he's generally racing inferior cars.

I think they'll be fine overall, maybe not lighting fast but solid and could challenge for 3rd-5th place in class. The Saleen when setup correctly is seriously fast, remember.

They are getting help from Orcea as well, even the soft setup on the car was quick, just not on the ulimate pace (about 2-6 tenths off the pace set by Aston Martin and GM Racing)

Bouchut is now my darkhorse pick for pole.

A Saleen on pole would be AWESOME, but I doubt it.

I hope your right. It would certainly be nice to see someone besides the Corvettes and Astons taking up the battle. I think Bouchut would be competitive in a bathtub with wheels so he should definately be a contender for pole.

EI confirm the Oreca/Courage line up .

Number 5 = Ayari-Groppi-Duval .
Number 6 = Panis-Lapierre-Pagenaud .

Decent line up's , but I fancy the 6 car .

I think we can safely say that the injury to Ortelli has led to the number 6 becoming the "lead car," especially by putting Pagenaud in the car and moving Duval or Groppi (can't remember exactly) into the number 5.

Mate, number 6 is TASTY. I'd have that as as good as any line up on that track now.

One query- I'm assuming that Nicolet/Hein/Faggionato aren't in the Creation as well as their Pesca, and it's just a typo on the list... Seriously though, do we know what the actual Creation lineup is yet?. If JC-W won't be fit in time, we're presumably looking at Stuart Hall and who- Kerr & Ortiz?

Presumably BMS will partner Malucelli and Ruberti with another of their FIA GT squad,so Camathias or Rigon for the 3rd seat? I'd expect Camathias as he has LM experience- alternatively is David Rigon quicker, or might he bring sponsorship?- I don't know anything about him

Just a thought ..... the Nicolet/Hein/Faggionato Saulnier car , I wonder are all 3 drivers capable of qualifying within the given % of pole , both in day time & night time ?

I have my doubts .

I think Le Mans clashes with a demolition derby that Yoong has entered.
