Dams Lamborghini confirmed

A number of websites are refuting the DAMS story on lmsr.net. I e-mailed Michael and he offered this as proof. The full entry list on this link.

http://www.eurosport.com/home/pages/...to562375.shtml

When I asked about the drivers being Kox he said it depends on whether or not Piccini/DAMS will agree to terms. If not, they will default to the test pilots because Reiter needs to get race data to get the cars to the customer teams as soon as possible (Barbour, JGTC.)

As reported first on lmsr.net and to date accurately.

not true for Valencia. The list you have linked there is the full season entry list. Reiter actually entered the Lambo for Kox and Gavin. No DAMS in FIA GT yet (maybe next round)

Well, what a bizarre thread.
The reason why dsc has Peter Kox and Oliver Gavin down to drive the Lamborghini at Valencia is because dsc's editor spoke to both of them and they both passed on the news that they are expecting to be in the car. A week is a long time in racing of course, and driver names can always be changed, but having spoken to both of them, dsc's editor knows why this Lamborghini is being run in Spain this coming weekend.

I'm repeating myself...
According to Audi Sport Press, the dutchman Peter Kox and the briton Oliver Gavin will take to the wheel for Italian Super Sports Car’s debut. DSC was correct as always...

Last weekend they entered the old Viper because the Pagani had to be repaired after the test accident a couple weeks ago.

The Reiter car seems to be a lot quicker and more sorted than the one that showed up at Monza last year- apparently 5th fastest in the Friday morning session at Valencia-
Looks promising....

Let's use the main Valencia thread for the events to come...

But this one is still opened for the DAMS/Murcielago informations... (Eurosport just confirmed that Dams will inherit the Murcielago, sooner or later).

it would be great to get the mc12 in the series with risi, but i am concerned about this car's potential performance... it could be at the same level as the other gts cars but it just looks like a gt1 car circa 1998... we'll know soon enought as it seems like maserati is bumping up the debut of the car to racing sometime soon in fiagt
