That is a fantastic signing. I'm a big fan of Guy Smith some who IMO is very under rated. Guess I will be cheering on 3 cars in P2 now...

Any initial thoughts on the entry?

I'm looking forward to the RS Spyder's debut plus the Lola-Aston.

Only 3x 911 in GT2, and when was the last year without a Panoz of some sort on the list? (hopes it wasn't 2005)

Only 3 911s on the list, must be an all-time low..... Great to see Tafel there. Vitaphone with an Aston after all!!!! The 3 Japanese LMP1 accepted as expected 9although I doubted the Tokai Univ) and the WR is not even on the reserve list!!!!!

Three audis and three pugs makes it difficult to have a top three finish for everuone else!

Question: for the reserves, do they have to be selected in order? so if one car doesn't make the final cut does that mean we get another Pesca? Or do they replace the car which was dropped with another from its category?

Absolutely staggered by the absence of WR - one of those things that has me shaking my head a bit. Seems like the goodwill from Dorchy's heroics has finally run out.

Also must say I'm a touch disappointed by the 2nd Charouz - sure it's a fast car but I can't help thinking Cytosport have sneaked this one under the radar a little bit.

I think its the latter, like for like in class not just first come, first served. I could be wrong though as we are talking about the ACO!

They go in order, regardless of class. No matter who drops where the reserve list will be processed top-down.

I'm intrigued by Vitaphone Racing with a DBR9 in GT1 - is this likely to be someone elses car run under their name or have they actually bought an Aston Martin?

Great to see the Lamborghini on the list, should be more competitive in the right hands this year.

What on Earth are those Japanese entries in LMP1? Listed numbers 22 and 24. Not actually heard of them before.

GT2 is really really bad.

The relatively big number of Japanese LMP1-entries might help the new Asian series to get off the ground, I'd think.

22 is a rebodied Courage LC70 ..... 24 is a Courage LC70 too , the one thats being run in Japan for the past few years ..... its got Terada on the list .

Hope the 2nd Lambo gets in .

Wonder where that DBR9 is from , maybe the Pheonix car or possibily a 3rd works car in disguise ?
