If Leclerc keeps pole, I think this race will be an absolute cracker. I would expect Mercedes and Red Bull to have much better race pace than Ferrari, but obviously it is not easy to overtake around Monaco, and we could have a repeat of 1992. And we know from the 2019 race that Verstappen isn't afraid to have a go when stuck behind a slower leader around Monaco, although Red Bull might dissuade him from attacking Leclerc seeing as they have a chance to take big points off Hamilton anyway. What will be even more exciting is if Bottas can pass Verstappen at the start, because then the top three will be in reverse order of pace, and we could have the race we were robbed of in 2011.

Odd paradox here that the best way for Mercedes to limit the damage to Hamilton's title challenge is to use him as a support to Bottas's race. Poor Bottas, even when he's #1 he's the #2!

Was thinking the same. Nice move there by Mick.

Still at a loss about Ferrari. I get taking the risk because you want to hold onto pole but at the same time, failing to take the start is, from an operational stand point, is a major major fail.
