parilla vs tm

whats your thoughts on the 2 engines in jica can get a parilla swift tuned by P.D.B for €1700 complete or a tm for €1000 tuned aswell both are blue printed and carbs tuned was told id be dissapointed after the first race meeting if i got a tm its my last year in juniors so i want the best engine any thoughts welcome was also told the intrepid bearing carryers crack easily and gillard are a hit and miss was told birel is your only man whats your opinions

Don't even blink. Go for Parilla! The engine is better for Juniors and PDB worths the investment, for sure.

Very good as you can see by the euro results. Also if you made 1 little thing different you can feel it staright away which with the tonys and birels was not noticable. Also you need a good setup to get it right

heads wreaked with chassis think ill get a intrepid can get it cheaper the gillard is 6 meetings old was goin for e1300 intrepid was e1000. back to the the parilla vs tm i can get the tm e1200 and parilla for e1700 both tuned im running on a very tight budget would you get a parilla swift much cheaper? but parilla is ex p.d.b engine .More to the point which is beter i know the parilla revs quite a good bit more than the tm but would it only be better on long tracks and match the tm on short tracks

no i you look at the results the parilla short strok(you should only get short stroke parilla) is faster than tm's everywhere you will have to check with pdb that it is short stroke
