In traffic, the Porsche's seem to lose much less as the gap has stabilized pretty much. Kind of surprising, the high df aero should give Toyota an advantage in traffic.

Are RLM doing radio? For those on Eurosport player it might be worth loading RLM along with it.
Or maybe we could just get someone who isn't crap on the main comms. This reminds me of when IMSA tried do their own international commentary for the first year, and after a year of complaints we got RLM. |

Surprised they're allowing the Ford to continue with the door open.

Perfect timing for the TV director to ignore it too. This is like a bad twitch stream.

David Cheng is 90 seconds back on the rest of the P2 field. The whole field has improved, apart from Cheng apparently.

Most of the LMP2 field is pitting on the same lap.

2 Toyota pit together. Suggests they ran as long as they could. Both Porsche stay out longer.

The High Downforce package may be increasing the fuel consumption a little

From the helicam it's impossible to tell cars apart. In the entire LMP1 and LMP2 grid, 11 out of 14 cars are red white and black. Only ByKolles, Signatech and G-Drive are not using those colours.
Moody doesn't seem to know what pit lane were using. And he's asking ridiculous questions about tear offs. |

It's a real shame there is only the Oreca in P2, the battle between the chassis was fun yesterday.
On a positive note, the picture quality and McNish have been very good and acceptable so far (using the app) |

porsche seem to be able to keep up the pace now with the toyotas, also the best lap gap decreased to just about 1 second in race trim.

Looks like the Porsches are as good on used tyres as the Toyotas are.

Porsche seem to able to hold the gap surprisingly well, maybe just Toyota keeping them at arms length?

Buemi is holding Conway up. Hartley is catching them now.
Edit - Conway gets past. |
