Connie Riches-snetterton partner?

Dear colleagues/petrolheads,
As most of you will know I am a self confessed Snetterton anorak,and by chance I recently came across an Obituary for the above lady.
Among many of the things that this EDP article claimed was her joint partnership with Oliver Sear,running Snetterton race circuit.
She was an astute businesswoman,who eventually sold her share to Oliver Sear,not sure when,who then sold the circuit in 1963, again I do not know to whom.
Anyway,back to "Connie",as she was known,it is claimed that she bred pigs at Heath Farm,Quidenham,then became a successful breeder of greyhounds!At some point she bought a shop in Attleborough,but Icannot find out more about this.
She also became office manager at Omar Mobile Homes in Brandon,then a very well known business.
My questions,then,are :did she run snetterton because Fred Riches no longer had any interest? When did she sell to Oliver Sear?,and why.What sort of shop did she run in Attleborough,and where?
These questions may be of little consequence to most,but I believe finding answers helps us all to understand the complete history of the ruunning of the circuit.Any information/leads would be most gratefully received.
