CF card problems

I was using a couple of new Kingston 512Mb compact flash cards up at Donnington at the weekend when I started to get some bizarre behaviour with 2 of them.
When reviewing an image I would occasionally get an error message “cannot zoom on image” immediately followed by “Card contains no data”. As I had shot about 70 images I was a bit miffed!! But after messing around and deciding that I had lost them I formatted the CF card only for the images to suddenly become available, this happened three times. Anybody else suffered from this? Never happed with Sandisk cards. Anybody else use Kingston?

Cheers

Rich

I have a crucial 512mb card, never had any problems and I have used it in both my cameras.

It's a D70, got the cards from Digital Depot in Stevenage seemed a good deal at the time.
